Battle of The Sexes

How can we truly compare the man and the woman?

To compare men to women makes no real sense considering how completely different they are. But of course there are some things they share in common. Consider an apple and a tomato. One wouldn’t argue that either is superior on just a direct comparison. After all, you aren’t likely to put apple slices on a cheese burger, or caramel coat a tomato. But you might find both in a salad.

Uncomparable

Men and women are unique

Men have things they do well. Women have things to do well. Both men and women do some things together extremely well. And some things they completely disagree on. True cohesion comes with children and the challenges faced by both while raising a family.

If you say that women can do anything men can do because a few women have done so, then you ignore that massive majority of women that are left out of the argument. The same can be said for men - which have no hope of being mothers. In fact, men struggle in comparison for nurturing children to the same magnitude that women are capable of doing.

The Argument Simple

The comparison so different it doesn't compare

Arguing who is the best is sophomoric. Instead, the remarkable differences should be regarded for what they are and even promoted as traditional roles for the sake of harmony. If you compare how important a woman’s role is for nurturing to what men do, the balance is extremely interesting.

Note that women are nature’s de-facto nurturing sources and their primary role for ages past.

And men do everything else. Men invent, design, build, maintain, and innovate technology. They also defend, fight, and even attack any threats to the family, nation and state. Collectively, men make all the physical aspects of civilization possible; such as roads, electricity, communications such as phones and computer networks, running water and plumbing for waste disposal. They create the mechanisms for transportation such as airplanes, automobiles, and boats. They provide safety with shelter such as homes, hospitals, and skyscrapers. Men farm the land and raise livestock to feed the whole of the world. This all reduces down to the ideal of men being the provider. And it extends far beyond just making the monthly rent since it is distributed over all of time, and all of the world.

Final Outcome

Did nature demonstrate a remakable balance?

So, a woman’s role as a nurturer is so great in power that it directly balances with everything in total that men do as a provider. One power, the female, equal to many powers combined, the male. In fact, the woman’s power is of such great importance, that men are constantly attempting to further the balance with never ending strife toward improvement.

When women (collectively) disqualify themselves from this power they have entered into a realm where any power they gain is equally an illusion as a man (collectively) attempting to throw off their responsibility and become solely the nurturing force of nature.
